We have collaborated with the William Morris Gallery to create a silk collection of William Morris's famous designs including the world renowned Strawberry Thief.

William Morris (24 March 1834 – 3 October 1896) was a British textile designer, poet, novelist, translator, and socialist activist. Associated with the British Arts and Crafts Movement, he was a major contributor to the revival of traditional British textile production.

Morris greatly influenced interior decoration throughout the Victorian period designing tapestries, wallpaper, fabrics, and furniture that remain so recognizable today.

The William Morris Gallery is based in the inspirational designers childhood home, a Georgian manor on the edge of East London. It has the World’s largest collection of objects relating to Morris and is the only public museum dedicated to telling his story and promoting his legacy.
